Solar for Electricity

Solar Photovoltaic (or PV) is a technology that converts sunlight into direct current electricity by using semiconductors. With advances in technology a standard sized solar panel can generate about 400w per hour at peak conditions.

Ten panels will in theory offer you 4kwh of free clean electricity. The average house uses about 1 kwh per hour.

Electricity prices are soaring whilst prices of solar products have been declining. Solar panels are an excellent investment to ensure you generate your own free electricity that can, with the use of battery storage, account for a substantial chunk of your consumption.
